I strongly believe Fitness can be anything you want it to be, and that it does not have to be about health and physical aesthetic. Fitness for me is about passion, stability, energy, freedom and proving to MYSELF what I can accomplish. After years of self doubt, diets, short-term weight loss challenges and failure after failure, I stepped outside of my comfort zone and became CURIOUS. I asked the questions, I took the time to be educated, and I believed in myself! After successfully losing 45 Lbs and feeling the best physically and mentally I've ever experienced, I found PASSION in fueling my body properly and gaining strength. I found STABILITY in my life and had a purpose. I had ENERGY to be my best self. I found FREEDOM mentally and could open the next chapter where I proved to MYSELF that I had what it takes to become whatever I wanted. I took this drive and got my certifications in Health and Fitness, where I now help women accomplish their goals! So I ask you, What does fitness mean to YOU? What can fitness mean for YOU?
